No modeling experience is required, but I do need someone who is willing to put themselves out there, try new things, make new friends and WANTS to have a great experience. I need someone unafraid to step outside their comfort zone, who wants to be a part of the experience. I want this to be an experience you are excited about.

Your high school must be in Portland, Vancouver or surrounding areas and you must be available and willing to travel to our group shoots and activities. You must be a junior graduating in 2024 to qualify.
You have probably heard about other senior rep programs where you hand out "rep cards" and are required to refer a certain number of friends after ONE photoshoot.
I want to do things a little different. No rep cards, no referral requirements. I want to create experiences and photos that you WANT to share on Instagram and the referrals will come to YOU.
I want this year to be ALL about YOU.
An unforgettable experience that not only shows you and the world how beautiful you truly are, but one that is unique, memorable and SO MUCH FUN.
What is in it for you?
If your application is accepted, you will get an exclusive invite to group photoshoots throughout the year. Some of them may require traveling to locations that give us better views of what Oregon has to offer. There will be at least two official themed shoots but there are almost always other impromptu shoots when I get a fun idea or if someone on the team has access to a fun venue.

So how does this work?
1. Fill Out Application
Click on the link, select a date for your 1-1 shoot and CAREFULLY fill out the application. If you are accepted on the team, I will send you a link to pay (payment plans are available!) and a welcome letter for our first team event starting in February.
2. Get parental Approval
Since your images will be used in all of my marketing and branding materials for the 2023-2024 school year, I need your parent’s permission for you to be on the team. There will be a contract and payment that must be signed and paid before I announce the team on my social media.
3. Meet and Greet
After you have been accepted, your parents have signed the contract and your rep fee has been paid, I will announce the team on social media. This is your first chance to start sharing about being on the team and how excited you are. We will schedule an official meet and greet for the team and for parents to answer questions and get to know each other better.
4. Group Shoots
Depending on the vendors I team up with, and weather factors, I will do at least two shoots and/or events during the spring and early summer of your junior year. The dates and locations for these shoots are still TBD. Keep in mind, the group shoots are encouraged but they are NOT MANDATORY. The more shoots you attend and SHARE ABOUT, the more referrals you will get and the more you will get to know the other members of the team.
5. Brand Rep
I will try and give as many opportunities for brand and local business modeling opportunity shoots as possible but once the date is determined and location is finalized, you must work your schedule around the shoot if you want to attend these particular events. There is no penalty for not attending, but please understand it is 1000% EASIER to earn prizes, and cash back when you have photos from all of the official group shoots to share throughout the spring and summer. In addition, a big part of the experience is meeting new people, doing something different and out of the norm, learning how to pose so you KILLL your 1-1 shoot with confidence and get a wide variety of looks and locations for your final portfolio.
6. We are a team
The pictures and events and activities are all fun, and an important part of this experience. But I also want to create long-lasting relationships and friendships that you might not have experienced otherwise. We are each other’s biggest cheerleaders and many have developed close relationships with the people on our team. It is a great opportunity to meet different people outside of your comfort zone at school and with other sports/hobbies.

Can I join with friends?
You can. In the application form, there will be a section that allows you to link to your friends. Doing these programs with friends is super fun, HOWEVER, when you and your friend are sharing your referral code to the same group of people, it does limit the referral potential and can make things complicated sometimes. I also, REALLY want this experience to be about meeting new people and making new friends too, so don't be discouraged if your friend didn't get accepted and you did.
How many pictures do I get at my 1-1 session?
Your 1-1 session will be treated the exact same as a regular paid session. We will choose your location, you will get unlimited outfit changes, and get a gallery of 50+ photos. Since you will be experienced with posing and more comfortable and familiar with me and being in front of the camera, my rep team galleries are usually 2-3 times larger than those of my other seniors.
Do my referrals have to pay and book to count towards my referral earnings?
Yes, just b/c they contact me with your code does not count as a referral. They have to book, sign the contract, use your repcode AND pay before it counts towards your account. There will be THREE opportunities for your friends to mention you as their referral (when they initially contact me, during the questionnaire, and in the booking contract). If they do not mention your code during those three times, you will not get credit for the referral.
Can I get senior pictures taken with someone else for my regular photos and still be a member of your team?
The one thing I ask is that you promote me and my brand ONLY from the day you sign my contract until you graduate. This protects my brand (it is confusing for people looking at your photos if some of them are from different photographers), and it protects me. When you apply, it is expected that you represent Chelsea Adams Photography only for this year.
What are the prizes you keep talking about?
You get to earn print credits, cash, BFF shoots (think prom, hoco, downtown as a group, etc) and more. I will do periodic contests and impromptu challenges that will be for Dutch GC’s, cashouts, etc. I am SOO excited about this, it is for sure my favorite part of my senior rep program!
Is this program just for girls?
It is certainly open to anyone, however, I have found more girls apply than guys. Any guy who gets accepted on the team will most likely be quite outnumbered! I am looking for fun, outgoing juniors willing to market and represent my brand...so anyone who fits that description and applies before the deadline will be considered!
What if I am out of town for one of our group shoots?With a smaller group this year, I am hoping we can work around schedules as much as possible, but historically I have found it nearly impossible to accommodate everyone's schedule for every group shoot and activity.
Team members who attended more group shoots (and shared about them) earned more referrals by FAR than those who didn’t attend. One of the best parts of the experience is making friends and getting more confident with posing and meeting new people. Not attending makes the experience less fun and you miss out on some of those opportunities, but there are no penalties for not attending an event!
**If you think your schedule will prohibit you from participating, please be upfront about this so we can give your spot on the team to someone more available. I really want this to be a good experience and the more shoots you can attend, the better it will be.**
Why do you do this every year?
My hope is to create a confidence-building opportunity for all my reps. Over the years, we have built a tight knit community with the small businesses we work with, and ultimately I want you to make new friends, and see how incredible and beautiful and amazing you are over the course of your junior and senior year. You get to be leaders and influencers and you get TONS of photos. Wait till you see the difference between your photos at our Meet and Greet vs the photos at the Cap and Gown shoot at the end! You will have changed and grown so much over the year. It is the best part of my job being a part of that!
I am not a model, and I am not really very pretty. Should I still apply?
Agh! I have gotten this question asked more than once and it literally breaks my heart. I have NEVER had a photoshoot with someone who didn't look beautiful in their photos. I can't wait for you to see how beautiful you really are. Sometimes we see ourselves through a filter of labels we have created or others have implied and we are blind to our own beauty. I promise you that you are one million times more beautiful than you think you are. Let me show you!
